What is up with the indecision regarding the membership status of the member who turned Taylor in? This only shows how lacking the pad management is when it comes to good decision-making. What is hard to understand about this matter? Maybe I should make it even more clearer for them to see the real situation. Let's make an example here. If I set up a fratmen to break a pad rule, who is the bad guy? Yes, it's ME, and I deserve greater punishment. Another good example is the one Taylor used during his farewell show. The temptation of Adam and Eve. When God found out about it, he banished them from the garden of Eden (like how Taylor was banished from the pad), but what did God do to the snake? He took all his limbs off and said from then on, he will walk on his stomach. And wasn't the snake the devil? Hmmm! So why reward a devilish act, unless you're with the devil. Also, God being forgiving found in his heart to forgive mankind and took them back, not just once, but several times (which I hope HostmasterJohn will do in Taylor's case).
Another issue comes into play with regards to this matter. Something that should have been obvious to the management from the very start - Fratmen's privacy which in this case is Taylor's privacy. They always talk about how the rules are there to protect the Fratmen from this exact kind of member. This member is in possession of some vital information that can be hurtful to Taylor, especially if this member who obviously has something against him, is to remain a member and pass it on to other members. From the example above, he is the snake/devil that instigated this mess, and should be the one that is severely punished and not the other way around.
If they have some common sense, they shouldn't even have waited days to act on this matter. The snake should have been banished from the very start as a precautionary measure to prevent him from creating more damage, unless there is something going on that we don't know about. The way we see it, they view this malicious act as something heroic. "Ooooh, I succeeded in tempting Taylor, now I will turn him in". It's like giving this member rewards for being evil. So, don't even think that you can get away with this act of travesty, because we will always be vigil and continue to seek justice for Taylor.

Chaco, I agree with you completely. I understand that leo went in the chat after hours Sunday(so there is no video record)and asked members if he should reinstate the devil as he was very honest in bringing the matter to their attention. Also claiming that Tay denied everything after being confronted in the beginning.
This means that they have known all along who the member was, but Leo was saying they were still investigating to find the member. The whole matter smells to high heaven and points to how rotten to the core management is concerning this incident. The only thing that was acceptable was allowing Tay to say his goodbyes. I am convinced they will continue to tarnish Tay as he cannot defend himself. They have to stab someone in the back when they are not allowed to defend themselves. I really don't think John will let Tay come back because Leo has made the decision.

also assuming that the majority of you are right about the management being a downright prick and all would u guys really want taylor to come back and work for them considering how he's been treated?
dont get me wrong i would love tay to come back but theres definitely some issues here that needs to be addressed first ie. transparency, accountabilty.

Therein lies the rub. We can't contact Taylor (even if we were able to). It would jeopardize any chance of his returning.
I'm willing to forgive the management if Taylor is. I think we can ALL learn from this debacle. Mistakes were made on both sides.
If Taylor truly wants to burn that bridge, then he will contact us and say so. I would hope our friendship means something to him and that he wouldn't discard us as easily as the Fratpad discarded him.
I miss him more than I dreamed possible, but ultimately I want what Taylor wants. I'm just not sure that that is just yet.
I agree with you buttman, whole heartedly. I want Taylor to come back so bad if he wants to, my only concern is, if this member still lingers in chat.. why would he even want to? That member needs to be eradicated first. I would only want what Taylor wants, and I will respect his decision no matter what it is.
I'm tired of this. I just want him back. Forget the stupid member. I don't care what rock it crawls under. I just want our best friend back. I hope he's reading through all this, and feeling good that he is soo loved. I feel like we lost our best friend, and I'm not sure if we're gonna get him back.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? My heart sank when I first saw the message telling us to say our final goodbye to Taylor. I hoped it was a joke…but I knew it wasn’t. Waiting for his show was torture. In talking to the other fratmen, although they wouldn’t say what happened, they did say it was serious. What Taylor did was wrong, he knows it and deep down so don’t we. This is not even debatable, the punishment however, is. While I agree that Taylor’s actions warranted punishment, termination is excessive. I believe a one season suspension would have been much more appropriate. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction…I think sometimes we forget the “equal” part. A proportionate response was in order….after all, you don’t give the maximum sentence for a first time offender. I’m not going to get into the motives and methods of Leo or Hostmaster John, this is their business and although I disagree with their decision…it was their decision to make. I do hope they realize we’re not a bunch of idiots or mind numbed robots…we’re very disappointed in Taylor for his lapse of judgment. He gave in to temptation and in doing so, let us all down. That said, I can’t say with any certainty I would have acted any differently. We all hope our better angles prevail in such situations, but until we’re in that situation…we can only hope. What I do know is his apology was sincere. You know, the kind when you’re sorry for what you did…not that you got caught. So I once again hope the better angels prevail and Taylor is given a second chance, one that we all know he’ll not squander. If you consider the totality of his time at the pad, all fair and honest people would agree if anyone deserves another shot, it’s Taylor. Well, that’s one members opinion…hope it makes a difference….if it doesn’t and I decided to leave the pad….it’s not so much a protest move as much as it is that my reason for joining and staying is gone. i think it's ridiculous that LEO actually had the audacity to ask members if he should keep this person an active member. this is yet another example of poor management that needs an overhaul asap! Leo, however, does not extend the same courtesy of asking us if he should bring back taylor? taylor contributed so much to the pad and is still being disrespected and insulted by Leo's incompetent and incompassionate actions. hostmasterjohn, please hire someone who is competent in handling all affairs at the pad. thank you.

While I will agree with you, that the Fratpad is just a porn site, to many members, it was more about friendships and commonality. Many members here do log in to see the Fratmen run around naked, but there are just as many members that log in "just to chat". As a manager that deals with many types of customers on a daily basis, the injustice that many of the "Taylor" followers feel may be justified since, there are a couple of Fratmen in the pad and on FMtv that have broken numerous rules, but yet, they have returned, does that give hope to Taylors followers? Yes, it does. But does Taylor want to return? Only Taylor knows. The difference in the "goodbye shows" of prior Fratmen that have been "kicked out" of the pad and Taylors was how it was handled by management, more specifically Leo.
While, I have had my own personal run-ins with Leo and the Leolites, I have no ill will or bad feelings towards them. Being as such, Taylors emotional connection with his fans automatically puts the knights in defensive mode and looking to demand justice. Whatever Leo or HmJohn felt about what had transpired, it was not in the best interest of Leo to "egg on" the knights with his comments. As a manager, that type of behavior in front of my employees would have gotten me fired myself.
The pad management had to do what they thought was right, however, I do not think they thought of the consequences of their actions, or the response from the "paying" members.
It is easy for people to say, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". Can you imagine if the knights decided to leave en masse? The pad is gonna all have to move back into the apartment in West Hollywood, well, maybe not, but you never know.
I have learned a long time ago not to get too emotionally attached to a Fratmen, because after all, what do we really know about them except for what they show us on camera. However, after promising myself I would not get that attached to someone, along came Taylor.
Like many others here, I miss him tremendously, but I also have my "real" life to think about. Whenever I start to feel like I miss Taylor, I just think about him and the good times and how he personally touched my life and I tell myself, "Taylors gonna be okay, and so will I"
Just keeping him close to my heart is the best I can do to show I appreciate him.
I agree with Buttman 100%. I also agree that it's ridiculous that this member (and I have my thoughts as to who it may be) be allowed a 2nd chance---?!?!!? WTF!??! Because he was "honest" about DECEIVING Taylor? I don't get it??

He got kicked out because a member offered to help him monetarily with school and Taylor gave out his personal information including his bank info. This member then "ratted" Taylor out to Leo and John and they then kicked taylor to the curb.
The idea of Leo asking members if the rat should be accepted back offends me. After the emails we all sent to him asking to ban the sob forever, that we don't want to be on the same room with such a perverse and vindictive person ever!! Does Leo stil hwvae to ask us THAT?????

i agree with you horne that leo is management and he has to answer to hm john and us. But if john wants to fire everyone and makes fratpad a hardcore skat lesbian site he can. I'm sorry to be harsh but its the truth. I like taylor, and he was probably the smartest fratmen at the pad and has alot of potential. He ll do well...i wish him all the success in the world.
...last thing, i dont think we know everything..and we shouldnt. Was the member that offered taylor cash a bastard probably...but i have a feeling we are missing something. NO one is going to offer a ton of cash without wanting something in return. Had taylor been a little younger, i would think we would see him again...but, next year, he ll be 24 ..and wont fit the mold of a young frat dude.

I think the member should be banned from the site. Does anyone else think of the word “entrapment”? Why would a member make such a sincere offer (it had to sound sincere to get Taylor to go for it) and then turn right around and call Leo and report the incident? It makes no sense unless the intent all along was to “get” Taylor.
I believe all this could have been avoided if HM John had carried through on his now two year pledge to set up the Frat Fund to allow members to donate to a fratmen’s college expenses. Every Hostmaster show it seems we ask how the establishment of the fund is going and it’s always “I’ve been busy, but will get to it before…” If this fund had been in place there would have been a way for any member to donate money to a fratmen’s college and not put the fratmen at risk. Look at how well Taylor’s eBay paintings for college tuition experiment worked.
Do we know the entire story? No, and we probably never will. Already there are two versions; Taylor’s and Leo’s. I’m sure the truth is somewhere in there. Is Leo helping by clarifying the story? No. We will believe who we believe and a one sided justification is not going to help.
But the main thing to remember is that Fratpad is a fantasy reality site. They make up stuff all the time and feed it to us as truth, only to later discover it was all made up. How many times has Max & Taylor NOT going to be in the next season? In the grand scheme of things we are all just paying guest. When was the last time Leo ever took our advice?

I was thinking today concerning The management and especially HM John. I refer to the TV wrestling episode. The Guys at the pad knew nothing of this and were mortified that their family and friends would find out. What was Johns response, he thought it was good publicity for the sites. He'd been in communication with the show's producers! Leo was silent on this as well! I think that in this case Management put their own interests before the safety of the guys at the pad. So for them to take the high moral ground with Taylor is a little bit laughable. Those guys were put through hell during that period and I and many members felt there was no protection from management which at the time surprised me. The images of the guys weren't even removed from public access. I just cannot relate as to how that episode was OK for their protection and this one wasn't? I'm sure we are not seeing the whole picture as we do not have the full facts. So I will choose to believe the best in people that taylor was set up,that he is repentant and deserves a 2nd chance, that the management never intended any of the hurt that has happened and are willing to change their minds and return Taylor to us eventually, if only on FMTV where there is less chance of contact with undesirable members or at least it can be monitored safely.
Please John/Leo...reconsider this aweful decision
